Vania is a senior commercial and operations professional with over 15 years of experience in strategic sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management across international markets. She has a ackground in Marketing, with a Master’s degree in Finance and International Trade.

Known for a refined operational mindset, strong client focus, and the ability to create seamless, high end experiences through structure, efficiency, and trust. She enjoys travelling with her husband and 2 young boys.

Cintli, an Economics graduate from Mexico, discovered her passion for traveling during an exchange program in Italy. She later earned an MBA from ESADE in Spain and participated in an exchange at Booth Business School in Chicago.

With a successful career spanning finance to commercial, and from local to global roles, in companies like Merck and Johnson & Johnson, Cintli is now excited to apply her knowledge to create transformative travel experiences.

You'll frequently find her exploring culinary delights and enjoying serene beaches.

Curious by nature, Ana specializes in tailor-made trips that invite travelers to experience destinations in an authentic way. When she’s not designing journeys, you’ll find her reading, practicing belly dance, and constantly learning from the world around her.
